Product Description
1. All the high-speed road gantry use international standard steel, the material complies with the provisions of EU standard and the welding procedure specification(WPS) in accordance with EN1090 requirements.
2. The gantry steel structure Surface coating uses high-quality polyester plastic powder, which is resistant to strong ultraviolet rays, suitable for coastal cities and heavy salt areas, and the average thickness of the plastic layer is not less than 80 microns.
3. The color of the spraying is customer specified.
4. Traffic volume survey gantry production procedure: melting active gas shielded welding, AWS ER70S-6 welding wire, indoor welding, reliable welding material quality, crack resistance, and small welding deformation.
